Yes, lightly, and it can work well for a stubborn drinker. A splash of the liquid from a can of tuna or plain unsalted broth, or a little water stirred into wet food, makes the water more enticing and bumps her intake. Keep it plain, with no onion, garlic, salt or seasoning, since those are harmful to cats. Offer a bowl of plain fresh water alongside the flavored one, and refresh the flavored water often because it spoils faster. If she’ll drink plain water from a clean bowl, you don’t need to flavor it.
